Wild King Salmon

  • Minimal amount of Wild King Salmon caught in Quinault River Washington, have arrived and is readily available. You can expect each fish to be as small as 7#er, up to 11#er.

  • Friday Oct. 11th is the last day for the Local King Salmon season. Since there was nothing caught the last few days, plenty of local boast have pretty much call it a wrap for the season.

Fresh West Coast Albacore 

  • Fresh batch have arrived and is available for you all. These fish are hand line caught, currently off the Oregon Coast, which ranks it as a "Best Choice" with Monterey Bay Aquarium's Seafood Watch Program. Also known as White Tuna, this fish can be served raw, seared, or cooked medium rare. It's mostly known for its buttery flavor. It's affordable and will be a great option to add to your seasonal menu. Pending weather conditions, the West Coast Albacore season should last through mid October.

  • Our partners over at Rappahannock Oyster Company in Virginia have always been able to provide us with consistently delicious oysters. They have a wide variety of oysters to suit all palates. Please reach out to us for immediate pricing, and samples.


Fresh Bay Shrimp 

  • We are currently all sold out, with more to arrive Wednesday morning. These Bay Shrimp are known for its sweet flavor at an affordable price. It comes from a highly sustainable fishery and ranks as a "Best Choice" with the Seafood Watch Program. Pending weather along the Oregon Coast, we can expect these small bite sized shrimp to be around through early October.
