Martha Vineyard Fresh Bay Scallops

  • We're currently sold out in just 2 days. Next shot will be Saturday. For those of you who love fresh Nantucket bay scallops, this is definitely the product you'll want to try. Just located 20 miles away from Nantucket Island, this boutique type scallop will impress your patrons with it's sweet flavor and satin texture. Please expect to pay a premium for this product and it will be worth every penny. We expect the season to last up until January.

Live Dungeness Crab

  • After several months of fairly high prices, we're finally starting to see some real relief. Dungeness Crabs are currently coming from the Pacific Northwest as we're still a couple of months away from our own season. For those who wish to put Dungeness Crab back onto their menu, now is a great time. Please contact us for more information on pricing and availability.

Local Halibut Season

  • Nothing being caught here in the Bay but fortunately we've got great contacts down in Southern California where they are catching Halibut. Plenty here for those in need. 

East Coast Black Bass

  • As we approach the winter, this is typically the time when we'll start seeing some wild Black Bass from the east coast. These basses are some of the best tasting fish around. So long as they're being offered, we're bringing them in but our inventory on them will be tight. we encourage all who are interested in being on the list of customers to receive this fish to contact us immediately to discuss quantities and delivery days.

Wild Alaskan King Salmon

  • Troll caught Wild Alaskan King Salmon are currently available. These fish are beautiful and ranked as a "Best Choice" by Seafood Watch. There isn't much wild King Salmon on the market so please expect to pay a premium for these fish. Please check in with us for more details. 

American Red Snappers

  • American Red Snappers from Florida are expected to arrive Wednesdaymorning. These fish will be in the 4-6 lbs. range. These are true snappers being caught domestically. This sweet flavored fish is perfect for serving with the skin on or bake them whole for a family style dinner. Not much coming in so reserve what you'll need for this weekend's special menu.

 Loch Etive Ocean Trout

  • This is the latest addition to our inventory. We've been searching for an Ocean Trout that meets our standards for quite some time. This farmed ocean Trout is responsibly raised in the pristine waters of Scotland. The fish are about 8-10 lbs. each. The fish provides a pretty rich flavor due to the high fat content it has. Overall, this is a product that will meet your expectations from price to flavor. Please contact us for more information.

West Coast Albacore Season

  • The fresh west coast Albacore season looks like it's coming to an end. The fishermen in Oregon are already changing the gears on their vessels in preparation for their Dungeness Crab season. Fresh Tombo Tuna is readily available for those looking to make a smooth transition into something that's most comparable or frozen West Coast Albacore loins are sure to make a great alternative as well.

 Pacific Rock Crab

  • Our local Rock Crabs are back. As the California season for Dungeness crabs are closed, we are highly promoting the other local crab. This little known, under-utilized local crab is the perfect menu item for you if you're looking for an alternative to Dungeness crabs caught locally. The live Rock Crabs are currently being caught in Santa Cruz by local fisherman of ours. The crabmeat itself is sweet and succulent. The crabs typically weigh about 1.5 lbs. We currently offer them live, fresh cooked cocktail claws, fresh crabmeat, and bodies for stock. Most impressively, all of the production is done in house at our facility. The live crabs are available daily while all the other forms are processed on a strict preorder basis. More information regarding this product can be provided by contacting us.

Crab Stock Reduction

  • We're selling crab stock folks!!! Produced in house with our local Rock Crab bodies by our Chef Consultant Jan Birnbaum, this stock is good enough to slurp on its own. We sell them by the quart and and we have pint sized samples to give out for those interested. Save yourself and your staff the time and try some of this local rock crab stock.

 Skull Island Tiger Prawn

  • We are proud to introduce the world's first eco-certified prawn in the world. These Tiger Prawns hail from the north coast of Australia and are MSC Certified. These are some of the largest prawns in the world. We have them in a U6 size head on shell on. They're packed in 6.6# boxes and are frozen IQF. The flavor profile can be closely compared to lobster. They provide a rich, juicy and clean flavor. Undoubtedly, the Skull Island Tiger Prawns will impress anyone who has the pleasure of tasting them. Please contact us for pricing information


Frozen U/6 Freshwater Blue Prawns

  • Currently available are Frozen Freshwater Blue Prawns from North Carolina. These prawns are responsibly produced in inland ponds. The majority of the what we have are the U/6 size. Smaller sizes are available but limited. The prawns are beautiful! The flavor is sweet and the texture is nice and firm. Please contact us for more information regarding this great product.
