  • It is here, and more to come in tomorrow in both Prime and Hotel sizes.

Hand-Line Local Halibut

  • The fishermen are really starting to crank up their production. Prices are starting to come down as well and we have fish in the 20-30 lbs. range. The halibut can be used in so many different ways. Although raw preferred, it can also be cooked to perfection. Local, sustainable and delicious.

White Bass

  • Great weather results in great fishing all around the California Coast.  White Bass, caught off the California Coast as well off the Mexico waters, are currently available at at a great cost. With New Zealand Blue Nose being unavailable throughout the summertime, White Bass would be an ideal choice as an alternative.

  • We are proud to introduce the world's first eco-certified prawn in the world. These Tiger Prawns hail from the north coast of Australia and are MSC Certified.   • Each month, we will be bringing in few different types of oysters, from different regions.  Of course, we aren't taking away our current oyster inventory, rather just have more varieties for everyone to choose and try.  For this month, Watch Hill oysters from Rhode Island, Pemaquid from Maine, as well as Wiley Point from Maine are available.  Let us know if you are interested as we only brought in minimal amounts of each type.

Alaskan Halibut

  • The market has gotten really tight. There is little to no fish being offered for this weekend. Minimal amounts of 10/20 and 20/40#ers are scheduled to arrive Tuesday.  Local/CA Halibut and/or California White Sea Bass are great as an alternative, until fishing improves.

Fresh Albacore

  • Fish is beginning to trickle in, which is pretty normal in July.  Current sightings have been around the Oregon Coast, and there's a possibility we may have fresh Albacore as early as Thursday.  Availability is pretty good for July, and throughout mid August.  Will keep everyone updated once there's new news.

Wild King Salmon Watch

  • Wild Alaskan, Washington, and California King Salmon are currently available.

Tilapia Fillets

  • The farm had to halt their production due to mechanical failures.  They are projecting to be up and running in about 4-6 weeks, thus no tilapia fillets will be available.  

Soft Shell Crabs

  • Unfortunately, no news here...we will find out more information this coming Wednesday afternoon. Frozen IQF Soft shell crabs are available for those in need of this ever so popular item.

  • The fishermen are really starting to crank up their production. Prices are starting to come down as well. The halibut can be used in so many different way. Although raw preferred, it can also be cooked to perfection. Local, sustainable and delicious.

White Bass

  • Great weather results in great fishing all around the California Coast.  (Hand Line caught ) White Bass, caught off the California Coast, are currently available, as well off the Mexico waters. With New Zealand Blue Nose being unavailable for the next month or so, the White Bass would be an ideal choice as an alternative.

  • We are proud to introduce the world's first eco-certified prawn in the world. These Tiger Prawns hail from the north coast of Australia and are MSC Certified.       Wild King Salmon Watch

      • Poor fishing is being reported locally. Unfortunately we don't expect any California Wild King Salmon to be available until further notice. In the meantime Wild Sockeye Salmon from British Columbia are currently available, as well as Wild Washington King Salmon.  Current sizes for the Sockeyes are 4/6 pounds each H&G, and the Wild Washington Kings are 7/11 pounds each, on the round.

       

      Live Maine Lobster Prices

      • As the Canadian season opens, lobster prices soften all around. Now would be a great time feature some delicious lobsters on your menu.

       

      Hand-Line Local Halibut

      • The fishermen are really starting to crank up their production. Prices are starting to come down as well. The halibut can be used in so many different way. Although raw preferred, it can also be cooked to perfection. Local, sustainable and delicious.

      White Bass

      • (Hand Line caught ) White Bass, caught off the California Coast, are currently available.  As a heads up, prices are slightly higher compared to the White Bass caught in Mexico.

      Fresh Soft Shell Crabs

      • Production is slightly better compared to the past few weeks.  Hotel, Prime, and Jumbo sizes are currently available, and up for grabs! Prices are a bit higher than anticipated, but should come down once production gets better in the east coast.  

       Salt Spring Mussels

      • Unfortunately it's spawning season for these awesome mussels. Rather than continuing to bring them in and working with an inferior product, the farm plans to put a halt on production until the spawning season is over towards the end of June. In the meantime, we will have other suitable alternatives such as Mediterranean Mussels from Washington. Chatham or Acadia Blue Mussels from Maine will also be offered as well.

      Local Widow Rock Cod

      After a dismal fishing week for Pacific Rock Cod, our local boat scored with some awesome looking Widows caught in Half Moon Bay. The fish looks awesome!

      Big Clams

      Currently available are Live East Coast Surf and Quahog Clams. Quahogs are commonly found in restaurants back east and can be comparable to the Little Necks farmed out the west coast. Surf Clams are about the size of your hand and will suit perfectly if you boil them off and chop the meat for your chowder. 

      Salt Spring Mussels

      Unfortunately it's spawning season for these awesome mussels. Rather than continuing to bring them in and working with an inferior product, the farm plans to put a halt on production until the spawning season is over towards the end of May. In the meantime, we will have other suitable alternatives such as Mediterranean Mussels from Washington. Chatham and Acadia Blue Mussels from Maine will also be offered as well.

      Beau Soleil Oysters

      Beau Soleils are back in action. Production is still slow as what is expected to come in isn't a whole lot. Saint Simone Oysters can be expected to accommodate the shortage.

      Live Maine Lobsters

      Poor production back East is really driving prices up especially with the larger sizes. If lobsters are on your menu, please be aware of the price increases. Other alternatives may be just serving frozen tails or a large head on shrimp like the Skull Island Tiger Prawns. Please check in with your rep regarding the price hikes.

      Skull Island Tiger Prawn

      We are proud to introduce the world's first eco-certified prawn in the world. These Tiger Prawns hail from the north coast of Australia and are MSC Certified. These are some of the largest prawns in the world. We have them in a U6 size head on shell on. They're packed in 6.6# boxes and are frozen IQF. The flavor profile can be closely compared to lobster.       California King Salmon

      The season is right around the corner, with the opening date to be projected on May 1st.       Frozen U/6 Freshwater Blue Prawns

      Currently available are Frozen Freshwater Blue Prawns from North Carolina. These prawns are responsibly produced in inland ponds. The majority of the what we have are the U/6 size. Smaller sizes are available but limited. The prawns are beautiful! The flavor is sweet and the texture is nice and firm. Please contact us for more information regarding this great product.

      Rappahannock Oysters

      Painted Lady Oysters

      We are proud to offer everyone a cost effective, but flavorful oyster called Painted Lady Oysters, which is harvested in the cold waters of Washington. You can expect the flavor of these oysters to be crisp. clean, and refreshing as the waters they are grown in.
